Kiki began her professional path in the hospitality industry with an Online Travel Agency (OTA). Over nearly six years, she built strong partnerships with hotels while gaining valuable insights into market behavior, distribution strategies, and the ever-evolving dynamics of the industry. This foundation gave her a sharp understanding of what hotels need to stay competitive in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Driven by a desire to broaden her expertise, Kiki transitioned into the world of Property Management Systems (PMS). There, she strengthened her knowledge of hotel operations — from managing reservations to optimizing performance through technology. This experience allowed her to see firsthand how the right tools can empower hotels to operate more efficiently and grow sustainably.

Joining STAAH felt like a natural progression. It gave Kiki the opportunity to combine her hospitality experience and technical know-how, enabling her to support hotels with innovative distribution technology that drives real results.
