No one can deny the fact that Sara Ali Khan, daughter of Bollywood nawab, Saif Ali Khan and his ex wife, Amrita Singh, is already making waves in Bollywood through her fashion and fitness, ahead of her official debut.
Sara Ali Khan’s beautiful features have been gifted to her, no doubt about that (have you seen how beautiful her mom looks?!) – but staying fit is something that she works hard on.

Her training has transformed her immensely and her ‘Bollywood body’ is underway. Her mentor is the Pilates instructor, Namrata Purohit, a well-known name in the Bollywood circuit.
Looks like Sara is taking some fitness inspiration from her step-mom Kareena Kapoor Khan and her best friend Amrita Arora. And just like them, she has also found ‘workout buddies’ in Malaika Arora Khan and Nimrat Kaur. All these girls can be seen boosting each other in their journey to getting the hottest and don’t forget, the fittest bodies in B-town.
To make her workout less monotonous, Sara Ali Khan combines Boot Camp Training, under Cindy Jourdain. A rather new name, although her instagram is full of Bollywood celebrities (Mira Kapoor and the famous stylist Shaleena Nathani, for example). Boot Camp Training is a rather strenuous exercise routine and these girls seem to be giving each other all the motivation needed.
