Cyber Monday smartphone deals are here: iPhone, Android, Samsung
Unless you’ve upgraded your phone since the new iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, or Google Pixel came out in August or September 2019, you likely have a new smartphone on your holiday list.
And whether it’s a shot battery, cracked screen, or overall just being a screw up, having to use your old phone sucks more every day that you wait.
Here’s our expert advice: Take a new phone off your wishlist, take advantage of Cyber Monday prices and buy it for yourself, and add something else to your list that you don’t mind waiting for.
Here are the best Cyber Monday smartphone deals so far:
iPhone 11 — the iPhone 11 is selling out, but there’s still a chance
Is anyone surprised that the iPhone 11 has been a hot commodity? Walmart and Target had two of the best iPhones gigs, offering $200 or $300 gift cards with your purchase — but iPhone 11s on nearly every carrier are sold out. However, Verizon is offering up to $400 off the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max with eligible trade-ins. AT&T is offering up to $700 off with trade-ins plus 20% off select AirPods when you buy an iPhone.
If you can settle on the next-newest iPhone, the XS or XS Max, Walmart is offering those on Straight Talk plans for up to $200 off.
Samsung Galaxy S10 — Save $200 at Walmart or get a Target gift card
Samsung stans can get a direct discount instead of paying full price and getting a gift card. Both the Galaxy S10 and the S10+ are $200 off (the unlocked models, too), and we wouldn’t be surprised if Walmart extended its $450 gift card Black Friday deal to Cyber Monday. Target’s Black Friday offer of a $400 gift card with your purchase of the S10 or S10+ is still live.
Google Pixel 4 — Save $200
Google’s fourth adaptation of the Pixel is a pretty damn good iPhone competitor, and these Cyber Monday prices make taking one for a test drive easy. You can get the Google Pixel 4 for $200 off at Walmart and Amazon, and Best Buy is taking off up to $400 when you trade in your old phone. A $300 gift card was on the table when you purchased from Target, but like the iPhone, it’s sold out in both carriers.
Fine with getting the still-great 3a instead? Amazon has the 3a on sale for less than $300 and Walmart has the XL 3a on sale for less than $400. They’re unlocked, too!
